South Carolina has a rich history of cooking BBQ in various ways and most communities have a few renowned pit masters. this has given rise to numerous BBQ contests across the state each year. These have been enjoyed by adult cook teams since the beginning. It is our desire to open these events up to High school teams and create new events to bring regional teams together.
